FEBRUARY 2024 NEWSLETTER

Welcome to our second newsletter for 2024.
All classes are now operational, and by the time you get this, Barbara will be back from her holiday in Hawaii (lucky duck). We have had a good influx of new dancers to some of our beginners classes which is good to see.

30th Birthday Shirts

We will be looking at the individual viability of all our classes shortly, so if you want your class to keep going, please support the instructor and turn up when possible.

2024 Regular Socials

We finally have confirmation from the venue on our dates for this years socials. The dates are:
3rd March, 7th April, 5th May, 30th June, 4th August, 29th Sept, 3rd Nov
The Xmas social (8th Dec) is not confirmed yet but we will let you know when it is.
Ivy has agreed to again provide meals prior to the socials from Noon.
The Address is: West Croydon and Kilkenny RSL, 19 Rosetta St, West Croydon
Dancing Starts at 1.30pm and concludes at 5pm at a cost of $15.

CLASS CHANGES

The following changes are happening immediately:

Henley Beach Monday Afternoon Easy level class is closed due to lack of attendance.
South Plympton Thursday Afternoon Transition level class is back to normal starting time of 1pm.
West Croydon Tuesday Afternoon Easy level class will not be running on 2nd April due to hall function.
West Croydon Tuesday Night Intermediate level class will not be running on 2nd April due to hall function.
Seaton Tuesday Night Transition level class will not be running on 19th March and 9th April due to instructor holiday.
Seaton Thursday Night Mainstream level class will not be running on 14th and 21st March due to instructor holiday.
Marden Thursday Afternoon Crossover level class will be moving to the Payneham Masonic Hall, 393 Payneham Road from 4th April due to increased hall hire.

All other classes will be business as usual.

We have a small range of "leftover" birthday shirts, first come first served. $30 each
